Book a Court
Court reservations run through Club Automation. Open the TTC app, sign in, choose date / time / court, confirm. Reservations open seven days out. Front desk can help if you're new to the system.
Set Up the TTC App
Download the Club Automation app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with the email on your TTC membership account. If you can't log in, ask front desk to confirm your account email.
Find a Coach
Browse our coach directory in your welcome packet, or scan the contacts QR. Each coach handles their own scheduling and pricing — reach out directly. Not sure which coach fits? Ask concierge for a match.
Bring a Guest
Members may bring guests to play with you (guest fee per play). For Friday socials, your guest is welcome up to 3 visits — after that they'll need to book a tour or pay a $30–$40 guest fee. Front desk logs every guest by name + phone.
Use Your F&B Credit
Your $40/month food & beverage credit applies at the Clubhouse Grill. Use it any time during the month. Heads up: during major event weeks the restaurant gets busy — use your credit early in the quarter.
Update Your Card on File
Stop by front desk and they'll update it in Club Automation in real time. You can also email Memberships@ttcnewportbeach.com and they'll send a secure link.
Pause or Hold Your Membership
Holds, leaves of absence, and any account changes are handled by our Membership Director. Reach out via Memberships@ttcnewportbeach.com or call (714) 473-1455.
Get Your Parking Sticker
Issued at front desk on your first visit after joining. Gives you priority parking during major events. Replacement is free if lost or damaged.
Sign Up for a Ladder
Tap into the TTC Ladders section of this hub. Each ladder shows the day, time, leader, level, and how to sign up — TTC App, GroupMe, or both. Talk to concierge for a match if you're unsure.
Report a Maintenance Issue
Tell concierge or front desk. They'll log it and route to our Facilities Manager Alex. For urgent issues (broken glass, water leak, safety) call front desk at (949) 759-0711.
