Courts & Reservations
How do I book a court?
Through Club Automation — log in via the TTC app or website. Reservations open seven days out. Front desk can help if you're new to the system.
Can I just show up if there's an open court?
Yes — open court time is fair game for members. Concierge will let you know if a reservation is coming up so you don't get caught mid-set.
What's the cancellation window?
We ask that you honor our 12-hour cancellation policy. No-shows or last-minute cancels may be flagged for a $20 fee chargeable to the host.
Guests & Friday Socials
How many guests can I bring?
For regular play: a member must accompany; guest fee per play applies. For Friday socials: bring guests up to three visits per guest. After visit 3 they need a tour or a $30–$40 guest fee.
Do my guest passes (in the welcome packet) work for Friday socials?
Guest passes cover regular play. Friday socials follow the 3-visit cap. Front desk has the full details.
Coaching & Programs
How do I book a private lesson?
Reach out to the coach directly via the contacts page, or ask front desk to connect you. Coaches handle scheduling and pricing themselves.
When are the adult clinics?
Thursday and Friday nights — open to all members, all skill levels. Standing weekly schedule.
Are there ladders or leagues I can join?
Yes — member-organized pickleball ladders running every day of the week. Tap TTC Ladders from the hub to see the schedule and sign up via the TTC App or GroupMe.
Major Events & Tournaments
Will major events affect my court time?
During PPA, MLP, Hoag Classic, and APS, court availability and parking are impacted. Members get six weeks of notice — every time. We also schedule a half-day club closure twice a year for full recovery.
Can I watch the matches?
Members get a reserved viewing area for major events. Details with each event's six-week notice.
Pro Shop & Stringing
When is the pro shop open?
During club hours. Stringing service is available — currently weekend coverage; we're expanding to ensure consistent availability.
My welcome discount card — when does it expire?
No expiration. One-time use on your first pro shop purchase. Bring the card to the register; member number validates redemption.
Billing & Membership
How does the F&B credit work?
$40/month included with your membership. Use it at the Clubhouse Grill any time. Tip: use it before a major event week — the restaurant gets busy.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Membership Director handles holds, leaves of absence, and any account changes. Reach out via Memberships@ttcnewportbeach.com.
What about billing questions?
Billing is handled by our Payable Department. Email Memberships@ttcnewportbeach.com or call front desk and they'll route you correctly.
How do I update my card on file?
Front desk updates it in Club Automation in real time. Stop by during your next visit, or email Memberships@ttcnewportbeach.com for a secure link.
